Since we typically do not have the same objectives that a strategic buyer would have (consolidating operations, for example), we can reduce the impact of a transition on customers, employees and other stakeholders. Our independent status can lead to flexible structures and allows for post-transition involvement of management, if desired.
Operational Experience. We have substantial operational experience and access to specialized capabilities through our extensive network of contacts. This streamlines the diligence process prior to a transaction and contributes to successful operation afterwards.
Transactional Expertise. Over the course of our careers, we have executed dozens of transactions in a variety of industries. Opportunities presented to us will be evaluated quickly and the negotiation and closing of transactions will not be subject to unnecessary delays.
Discretion. Stakeholders from customers to employees can get understandably nervous if they learn that you might be considering a sale. Your competitors would be glad to let them know. We understand how sensitive the entire process is and will work with you to make sure that information isn’t shared prematurely.
