We are actively looking to buy businesses from owners who want to sell their companies in a way that takes the interests of their employees and customers into account. We look for companies located in the mid-Atlantic region with stable operating histories.

Consulting Services

We work with small businesses on a consulting basis. Typical clients are looking to handle rapid growth, to navigate a changing marketplace, to pursue a financing, an acquisition or a sale or to pivot to a more promising strategy. While most of our work takes place in the mid-Atlantic region, we will consider engagements located in other parts of the United States and in international markets.
